Yes! Arguably more than for anyone else.
The people who start with us as beginners tend to make the most progress because there's nothing to unpick. We won't put you on a programme designed for an intermediate lifter and call it "scaled". We'll teach you to move first, load slowly, and build a foundation that won't break in year three.
You won't be embarrassed. The studio is small, the sessions are coached, and nobody is filming.

First, we coach evidence-based. What we ask you to do has a defensible reason behind it, and we'll tell you what that reason is.
Second, we coach for the long game; we're not interested in transformations that last a quarter.
Third, we treat you like a working professional, which means we write programmes that survive a 14-hour day, a long-haul flight, and a tough quarter.

No it does not. It's one of the things we design for.
Around half our clients travel monthly or more. We build hotel-gym variants of every block, write travel-week schedules into your programme, and adjust load and frequency around your calendar. You won't return from a trip and find you've fallen off your own plan.

One-to-one coaching starts from a monthly retainer; We're happy to share full pricing on the consultation call, once we know which format fits you.
There's no annual lock-in. We earn the next month, every month.

Yes! We run leadership-team strength blocks, off-sites with a physical component, and ongoing wellness programmes for firms who want their people to actually use the benefit. We'll only take on engagements where we think we can move the needle.
